It all started back in 1864 when 28-year-old German immigrant Andrew Krempp, Sr., moved to the United States. Andrew eventually settled into the materials and construction businesses, beginning with road construction and general supply in 1877. His son Andrew B. Krempp soon followed and quickly became known as a pioneer in the construction field, building most of the area's first rock roads.
Krempp Construction serves primarily the Southern Indiana market including Terra Haute, Bloomington, New Albany, & Evansville. Krempp has had much success with competitive bidding for many years. Competitive bidding is not only about providing the lowest bid, but also about quality, safety, strong subcontractor ties, and expertise; all areas in which Krempp has proven its excellence over and over again.
Through 6 generations of diligence, Krempp Construction has established a firm financial foundation. With zero debt, substantial very strong bonding capacity, the company's solid financial foundation allows efficient project management through the most challenging of scenarios. In any economic environment, Krempp Construction has the wherewithal to complete every project on time, with excellence, and within budget.
At Krempp Construction, Inc., we take pride in completing the highest quality product using the latest & safest methods. Our on-site personnel are trained and certified to conduct the three phases of control prior to each definable feature of work along with weekly safety training sessions. During the first phase of control (preparatory) we review the activity and the analyze the hazards that arise from certain conditions or surroundings.
