I ha e been all over northeast Tennessee looking for a truck everywhere I went either had really high mileage trucks or wanted a really high price for the used trucks they had. I had went to one car lot in Morristown TN Only to wait almost a half of a day for an answer I was turned down and was discouraged I went to lakeway certified pre-owned and was greeted by JD Davis and was told if I had any questions to feel free to ask him I looked at several trucks and even test drove a couple finally narrowed it down to 2 truck JD helped answer any questions and finally pulled the triggered and settled

I saw this vehicle on the website and called to get some information, agreed to buy the car over the phone and put a small deposit down. I drove from Birmingham to pick it up. When I arrived the car was washed and waiting for me to test drive, really liked the car and really liked the price. The car drove great on the way home but the next day I noticed a couple of small issues. I called and talked with Brett, the owner, he told me to let him know what was going on after I took it to my mechanic. I’ve had my truck a few weeks now… I’d recommend Lakeway. Clean vehicles, good selection, amazing salesperson (JD), had a couple of small bumps in the road just after sale but went in and spoke with Anthony the GM and he not only listened, but also did his best to make it right. I was happy. I wasn’t sure if made a good decision regarding the warranty but… this morning I woke up and started the truck and went in to grab a few things only to return and see water gushing out- my water pump had gone out. I wouldn't recommend Lakeway auto at all. The suv we just bought from them was missing the navi SD card, neither dvd player worked and the driver side inside door panel is busted (which isn't noticeable until I grabbed it to get inside and it gave in). It goes back to where it's supposed to but the plastic behind the cover is broken. So we've had to pay for the SD card. We had to have the DVD players fixed and now we have to get a new door panel. All of this would have been easily fixed if the dealership did proper inspection on the vehicle. We should have checked the DVD players so fine whatever

First of all up most do not think bc they say God Bless to you that they are honest and caring. Because our opinion they are niether. We were told that LA Lakeway would give us a trade in and include payoff. Got trade in which wasn't close to car max offer. We got charged for payoff at the end of invoice. So in reality we paid the payoff of our truck. Big hurry for us to sign papers. Beware read everything carefully. It cost us big. truck was not detailed nor was it certified as they claim they do. If I could I'd gave them -5 . Read every line do not trust what they say are on papers. To top it
