Did not give the two-day notice before starting on the roof. They have been very inconsistent with the days they work, including working on the roof at 8am on a Sunday morning (like, where were they on Friday instead when I wasn't trying to sleep in?). Also, some mornings they show up and have loud conversations outside my bedroom window, which I haven't been able to get them to stop doing. Last time I asked was at 6:30 am and instead of moving he threatened that he would be on the roof in a few minutes and continued to talk more loudly. He was purely antagonistic about it. I would give 0 stars

I’ve used this company for a few times now to help add a few exhaust to my roof. The work is great, but this last time I called the owner to tell them not to come out because the work was not requested by the buyer. I couldn’t reach him so I had to leave a voicemail, 3-4 days later someone showed up to my house (while I was at work) without contacting me or evening ringing the doorbell (I have a ring) and did work on the roof. Now I’m stuck with a +$700 bill from the them and also have to reimburse the buyer because they wanted to use their own roofer. Just make sure to have them call you
