I assisted my 89 year old father trying to make his home safer for him. Placed order 5/14/2021, today is 12/28/2021 and still no unit. Have called many times was told every time the unit was expected for delivery to the warehouse and I would be called in follow up, never happened. So after spending a great deal of money my father is still without his unit. Is this a scam, do I need to hire a lawyer? This is soooo frustrating! Anyone have any ideas. I think we’ve waited long enough!

Our workman, Brian from Home Smart was knowledgeable, professional, neat and extremely helpful in answering all our questions. His workmanship was excellent and he couldn’t have been more helpful when explaining the Kohler walk in tub. We had a Kohler walk in tub installed by Henry and his team. They would have gotten a solid 5 star rating. They were professional, knowledgeable, were able to find a creative way to run wiring to avoid any new holes, kept everything clean and explained everything. It was a very tight fit and they were amazing. They could not have been better.
The reason for only 4 stars is the "no itemized" bill, and "you have to decide today to get this discount" policy. Our salesman, Josh, was very knowledgeable and nice, but those 2 things almost made us turn away even though our research had us already decided

The 2 guys David and Bob were very professional in installing the Kohler walk-in bathtub and made sure it was done right so it did take many days to install but it was worth it. The bath tub works great and was needed to help us for various reasons. It is great to help if you want to detox with epsom salts, baking soda, etc., and has the features to have air blow out and bubbles to form. My Mom and I love it and my grandfather I believe does as well but in his old age he doesn't like to clean himself much probably because of the Alzheimer's disease. Matt and Chris were prepared, knew the product, protected our flooring with tarps, and informed us about each phase of our new shower installation. Matt is a personable, highly skilled craftsman with a passion for detail and getting it right. He was able customize a few things for my wife (height of the flush mounted shelving and positioning the shower head) with ease. We are thrilled with the finished product.

We had Home Smart install a brand new Kohler tub and shower surround and all fixtures in our family bathroom. Jared, the assistant sales manager, was professional and friendly when he came out to discuss the job. No hard sell. Had all the info and answers we needed and was quick to make phone calls and get them if he didn't.

Ken and Tony were clean, courteous and professional at all time. No smoking noted during there install. My wife and I had a Kohler Shower unit installed. We live in a 1 story flat and had the original 1974 fibre-glass tub. We went with Kohler due to the marble wall unit. While taking out the tub we found that the builder ran ALL the water and sewer waste lines thru the front wall of the Tub. Luckily none of these lines were cut during demolition. After discussion we were able to have them moe all the lines to the new build-out backwall of the shower and install the shelf unit on the rear wall as

These guys are snakes. Had a salesman come to give me a quote- pulled out all the tricks in the book. He must have had zero self awareness- I kept reiterating that I simply wanted a quote, and he finally just left after an hour of stalling.
I hate having my time wasted like this. I wish I had looked them up on Yelp first. Their google reviews are obviously paid for. They base their quotes on what you tell them other companies have given you,

I try not to focus on the negative but when you are spending so much money, you do have expectations. My husband and I were told the complete demolition and installation of our new shower would take only 2 days and this is why we went with Kohler/HomeSmart. We only have one shower in the house so this was a priority to have it done in a short amount of time.
Cutting to the chase this project lasted a total of 9 days. On a few occasions the workmen showed up very late, not just 1/2 hr. but sometimes 1-2 hours late & sometimes no phone call. They did try to complete the installation
