Associated Equipment Company began operations in 1955 in Mobile, Alabama and we have remained under the same family ownership for our entire company history. The company has continually grown and expanded to our present ten locations in the southeastern United States. We have four locations in Tennessee, four in Alabama, one in Georgia and one in the Florida panhandle.

I have been buying equipment from here for about 11 years.I love the service that I get any time I need a unit or parts Billy Marlin will go out of the way to get what we need.Everyone there is truly a great group to work with.I have been offered the whole to buy elsewhere. Service means more than a cheaper price. Thats my 2 cents. THANK YOU for all the good years.

Customer service on parts counter is awful when you call on the phone. Always put on hold. I get hung up on and they do not try to call me back. As a customer on the phone Bob even said I have to go and get another line while I am talking to him. I will not put in Amana just because of bad customer service. When a customer calls me with a unit to repair that is an Amana I dread even fixing it because of Associated Equip. Co. But we do because its all about customer service. Thank you Eds Supply!
