I was quoted 2 different prices. On if the knob was a residential knob and another price if it was a commercial knob. Job to unlock took 45 seconds, tech was kind and efficient. Charged me the higher rate so I asked if the knob was a residential or commercial knob. He replied residential. I questioned why I was being charged for a commercial knob.
He called the shop and whoever he spoke to wanted to speak to me. The individual got nasty and very unprofessional. I am happy to pay what I owe but don't like being taken advantage of. Would not recommend!

I will never call another place ever again this guy was so efficient so polite he got to the spot so fast and got our keys out of the car no problem he got there faster than what it took me to talk to most locksmiths on the phone from other companies nobody wanted to give me a quote over the phone Lock shop gave me one no problem it’s hard to find good quality service if you are reading this review you just found it trust me you won’t go wrong hiring them

I had a great experience calling the lock shop. I locked my keys in my car at a doctors appointment. I picked this business because of there over whelming positive reviews on google and they didn’t disappoint. They arrived in under 15 min and had me in my my car in under 5min. The technician was professional and friendly. I enjoyed my service so much I visited the store front location the next day for my key making needs. I would highly recommend these guys! Absolutely the quickest and cheapest of the locksmiths I've used. I wish I knew about the Lock Shop before I called pop-a-lock and had a horrible encounter.Ive used the Lock Shop the last 2 times and I won't use anyone else. They keep their word when they say they'll be there. They call you to verify address and they show up on time. I dont give good reviews lightly but these guys definitely deserve the high praise. I'll be going to them to get a key made asap. Their prices are the best out there and they were professional and it was easy to see knew what they were doing. They had my door unlocked

This is the worse day with locksmith dealing. I needed to re-key some locks. Called, the owner was very nice, gave me a quote. The technician arrives and gives me a complete different quote. I asked Daniel, the technician not to start until we get pricing clarification, which he completely ignored and started taking locks off the doors, I asked him again to stop, and again, like if I was speaking a language from some tribe in the Amazon... he carries on taking locks off. I called the owner and he talked to Daniel, all clear. Then I went to Daniel to give him the original key from locks, again

Bad/ awful/ customer service!! I am writing this review as I cry with frustration at the way my family was treated. My sister thought she had gotten her key stolen along with her purse. She called aaa and they set up for someone to contact her. The Lock Shop called her and ask for vin # so they could look up key at shop. All this sounded official to us and she gave them the number. They came out to our home. I need to state we made sure that we stated this was not an emergency!!! When they got to our home we found the key. It was in the car and not stolen after all. That was a relief but than immediately

They helped me out a lot even jumped my vehicle when I needed it. fast and friendly. I was amazed that the locks on my doors matched the locks on my ignition. when I had to replace my locks before I had to have separate keys. this time they matched the new locks to my existing keys. I love only having one key instead of two keys for my car ty lock shop. next time someone breaks my locks I'm coming to you.

Dropped my key off July 12th still waiting to get my keys made or give my original key back. Have called 7 times with promises to return my key. Today is Sept 5th still no key no reply. Our keys were stolen and we had to re-key our house. Leon came out within a few hours and had the whole thing done in no time at all! I needed my locked re-keyed the day I was leaving town and Leon showed up within five minutes. Within the hour, the locks were rekeyed and I had a bunch of extra keys made for my tenants!
