Siding and gutters are part of building envelope, protecting your home from harsh environment. DEC Construction delivers quality siding exteriors complete with trim and finishing accent elements. We install top brand materials like James Hardie fiber cement siding products and polymer and vinyl CertainTeed products.
DEC Construction skilled craftsman can handle various custom exterior projects like this custom concrete outdoor bar built from scratches. We started with framing to shape concrete counter top. Then, we added the support wall under it. Finally, we installed finishing Azek trim around the columns and stone veneer on the wall.
DEC Construction specialize in stucco installation and remediation for residential homes and commercial buildings. Stucco is a type of exterior plaster applied in several layers to a wire base, called a lath directly onto masonry, or over a wood framed structure. Made of water, cement, lime, and silica stucco is applied wet and hardens to a very dense and durable solid wall surface.

I was very happy with the service, which was the installation of James Hardie siding and a stone facade, as well as window replacement. David and Jack were extremely responsible and reliable. They explained in detail the proposed work and why they advised it. David went out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable with the choices that I was making. It was done professionally and meticulously. It is very attractive and has drawn many compliments from the neighbors.

We used DEC construction to completely overhaul our houses exterior. They did the roof, stucco on the chimney, all new vinyl siding, gutters and even built us a covered patio. From the moment I called for the estimate David and Jack were honest, direct, timely, and most importantly fair priced! They worked with nothing but the utmost professionalism through the whole thing. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!
