I am a local property manger in El Sobrante, Ca. I have used this company literally about 10 times in the past 2 weeks! The office staff is responsive, professional, and very friendly! The most important part of my experience is MARCO! The man is simply amazing! He is very knowledgeable of his craft, and takes pride in his work. He is never to busy to take an extra moment to further assist me. If he was the sole face of this company I couldn't give them enough stars! Their entire staff sets the tone for all of my vendors! My garage door spring broke with a Big Bang. I called R&S the call was answered quickly by a very nice lady and a serviceman would be dispatched that afternoon.
Marco arrived in little red van on time. He took one look. “No problem, take me about 20-30 minutes”. He had the spring, the knowledge and the right tools. The spring tightening tool was very clever.
Do not try to replace these spring your self, they are dangerous.

R&S serviced my garage door opener. Marco Fernandez came and did an excellent job. He was easy to work with, very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. As a retired General Building Contractor, I have seen such work done many times. When I need this work done in the future, I won't bother calling any other company.

Beto, an experienced R&S employee, answered all of my questions- in great detail, and cleared up all of my concerns without hesitation. He worked very hard all day with another employee, who he was training, and completed the job with perfection. The ladies in the office also answered any questions I had and were always very polite. 10/10 recommend R&S Doors
