After 6 years, we started seeing signs of wear and chipping. After 8 years, our kitchen cabinet doors were disinegrating. What we thought were hardwood doors are actually made out of painted particle board. Scott at kitchen Masters was not able to help us find out what color paint we could use to repaint the doors and drawer fronts of almost all the lowers. He said that they didn't keep records that long?.? For the $ we spent, I expected the cabinets to last longer than 8 years. I gave a 2 star rating only because all the installers and electricians etc. were very professional.

Work was done less then a year ago. Had some recessed lighting installed after the project and the electrician noticed the switches and outlets installed by KM were not grounded.
Installer from KM was not an electrician. He did enjoy the comfort of my kitchen chair for hours at a time.
Junction between splash and granite counter top is cracking
A couple doors are not level
There was no start or end date in contract as required by wisconsin law
(Wis. Admin. Code s. ATCP 110.05):
A starting and completion date, to prevent the job from going on indefinitely.
One employee had car trouble and
