Bill and Chris( the owner ) are extremely knowledgeable and have rair prices l always take my lock and key concerns to them in addition to safes!

If you have a problem with any kind of lock or key, this is the place to go. Problems instantly solved with the correct parts of high quality (not like that cheap stuff at the big box stores), practical advice and clear instruction (if you are DIY-ing). Well worth the drive from any part of the valley. Service is terrific, cost is reasonable, and Wilson the store mascot greets you at the door.

Fast and friendly service at a fair price. Plus, any business with a shop dog is a winner in my book.

Chris was a massive help! I was stranded at a job site, keys locked in the truck. Chris was at another house and as he was leaving saw me on the side of the road. He hit the brakes, reversed and from the moment he jumped out of the truck was there for 2 minutes total! Made my day! Thanks again Chris!!

Bill was amazing. I had a part that I needed fixed quickly for a cash drawer lock for work and he asked me to bring it in the same day. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Bill, and his friendly dog named Wilson!!! Bill fixed everything in record time while I waited and really saved us big. These guys are rock stars and highly ethical. I have a cursory knowledge of locksmiths, enough to know when i'm getting ripped off. When i called these guys their response time was AMAZING, communication was impeccable, and diagnosis/repair was accurate and extremely reasonable. These are the only locksmiths i'll use.

Misplaced my keys to a Thule cargo box. Called and gave key code. Gentleman indicated he would start working on it. Later in the day drove over and he was able to create a set of working keys. He indicated it is not always so easy. He saved me as we are headed off on a trip tomorrow and nothing like having a cargo box on your car that you can not use. I will call in the future if I ever have locksmith needs.

Called at 1145 AM, said I am locked out of my garage, and no way in other than a keyed emergency access. And I need somebody asap, as I need to fly out later today. They said OK, we be there from 1-3pm.

Guy showed up right at 1pm (I was shocked, being used to the cable company saying 1-3 and shows up at 4). Chris opened the door in 5 seconds, showed me how that type of emergency lock works. And talked about a bunch more security how to's for the area.

Much appreciate the fast and competent response and it wasn't insanely expensive either.

From the moment I entered until exit, locksmith and key expert Bill, knew exactly what needed to be done to professionally and expertly duplicate various keys, from boat to RV to basically whatever you need! Definitely worthy of driving from Prescott to git'r done right!

These guys saved the day AND saved me a ton of $$$ money.
I broke my car key in my ignition and after fishing the key out I called these guys and they told me to bring it over.

After less than 5 minutes the gentleman working was able to make a new key and told me to come back if there was any issues. As well gave me referrals to someone if the issue persisted.

Luckily after taking the key to my car it worked perfectly!!!

On a Monday afternoon at 1:30 pm-ish I called to get help (based on a local recommendation) to open my mailbox because I misplaced the key. This is probably a five minute job, tops. Owner tells me, after much hemming and hawing, that he probably can't come out to do the job until Wednesday. I asked him if there was any way to come earlier because of the time sensitivity of the mail. He literally laughed and said "no" point blank. When I needed a locksmith right away, I called Pinnacle. They came the same day and their service was fantastic. They were nice, courteous and their work was great quality and quick. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them!

Have been going to Pinnacle Lock & Safe for a little over a year. They have usually been pretty good about making keys without much of a wait. Recently stopped in to get a quote on a file cabinet lock install. The owner said that his staff doesn't like to do those types of jobs and that I should just buy a new cabinet with a lock already installed. He quoted me an obscene price just to get me to leave. Until that encounter I was satisfied with their service. However, the arrogance of the owner was enough for me to look for a new locksmith. A real business owner doesn't let

This company is very professional and helpful in assisting me with choosing a safe to install in my new home. They kept me informed of the shipping process from the factory across the country and were very careful installing it in my home. I highly recommend this shop for security hardware!

I needed to get my home re keyed ,so I called around to get the best price. When the first locksmith came to my house after he saw the job the price almost doubled, I told him he could leave and I would call someone else..... The next company was Pinnacle lock @ safe. We bought a large safe from Pinicle . Spoke to a very helpful man named Bill. He pointed out many things that need to be considered when buying a safe. We got an excellent price and free delivery and tie down.
The owner Chris and his right hand man Rich carefully moved the safe exactly where my wife wanted in our office. Then 3 weeks later Chris came back out and moved the safe where my wife really wanted it! Would not let me pay him. We were out of town and I called Pinicle to unlock one of my employees work vans that was locked and running , they came out fast and the charge was very reasonable
