Corban Construction is celebrating its 34th year in business! We are a second generation family owned and operated business, founded in 1987 upon the principles of God and family, and we continue to operate under those values. We are a state certified building contractor (CBC1251247) and we have been providing services for the central Florida area since 1987.
More specifically, we have been serving the Villages since 1991. Our range of work has been from the smallest job; door replacement, to the largest job; construction of an 18,000 square foot commercial building. Every job we undertake, whether large or small, we endeavor to service each one with equality.
We offer free consultations, and estimates, and complete design/build services. We take a client's initial vision and then expand those ideas, and proceed to develop them into a full set of drawings, ready for permitting. We are confident that we will not only meet your expectations, but we will exceed them.

We originally had Paul visit us to assess hanging 3 85" TVs in our sanctuary at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Leesburg, Florida. He sent a crew of 2 to unbox and prepare the TVs and to install the mounts. The size and weight of the units required some more assistance to actually get the TVs on the mounts. A crew of 4, including Paul was at the church around 7 am in the morning and had all 3 TVS mounted by 8 am.
We were very impressed with their work and their professionalism.

After buying our home, we had wanted to enclose our screened lanai with glass to become a sunroom. We had contacted a number of contractors to give us ideas and asked for quotes and decided after friends who had also used them encouraged us to use Corban Construction to do the job. Corbin has done an outstanding job for us doing demo work and building a 350 square ft. new room.
With a couple small weather delays they stayed pretty much on schedule.
Material and workmanship was fine, I have no complaints.
Biggest attribute I would say is that Paul stayed involved and present almost every day and kept me informed on each step of construction.

Pail Caruso and his team of contractors did a remarkable job in assisting us upgrade our commercial property in Leesburg. We made extensive modernization of our property which he coordinated through the inspection process. He communicated with us throughout the entire project. Gardenia floor plan expanded lanai - We are so delighted with our expanded lanai. In the typical Gardenia floor plan the lanai was only 8 feet deep. We lived with it for 7 long years until we found Paul to help us make our dreams of a 28 x 30 lanai. Paul was the only contractor that would span 30 feet without putting in columns in-between. That was the look we wanted to achieve. Paul told us that his goal is to make our lanai look like it existed when the house was built. And, that goal was achieved. We added a tray ceiling for two ceiling fans and put in a new sliding door that disappears into

The professionalism starts with the very comprehensive detailed bid package. Corban Construction just finished a beautiful bedroom/bathroom addition for my father who is coming to live with me. The addition looks like it was part of the original house. Everything blends in perfectly. Paul and his crew were great. All of his workers were very courteous and friendly. Paul went above and beyond - even checking on my family after the hurricane and repairing a leaking roof vent pipe that was not part of the addition. I would hire him again and recommend Corban to others.
