I called Kevin at 4:20 p.m. on a very hot day when another company backed out of our appointment. Kevin called back almost immediately and said he would come out later that evening.

Kevin has been amazing to work with! We tried two different companies before finding Bayside. They basically were worthless and never fixed the problem. Kevin came in (the first time we met him) right away. We were without heat in January. He diagnosed the problem, gave us a truthful answer, and several choices on how to remedy the situation. His work is always meticulous. (My husband is an engineer and says he does good work). Kevin has since replaced two units for us. Our HVACs all run smoothly and efficiently. We worked with Kevin. He was very attentive and thorough. Through the repair, we discovered another problem with our AC unit. There was no pressure from Kevin to do an immediate repair and spend more money than we planned. He explained the situation and told us of our options. We will definitely be contacting Bayside Heating and Air again soon!

Kevin got my heater up and running in one afternoon. He also responded quickly to my late Sunday afternoon phone call and was here diagnosing the furnace the next day. He drove to get the new part and returned to install it on the same day. Kevin was also Courteous as he worked in my home.

We were new to the area and our furnace humidifier needed to be replaced. I looked online and found Bayside Heating & Cooling and chose them after reading other positive reviews. We worked with Kevin and found him to be knowledgeable, prompt and respectful. After checking our furnace, he gave us several recommendations and left the final decision to us without any pressure. Once the decision was made, he promptly scheduled and completed the repair mindful of Covid challenges. We were very pleased and highly recommend them.
