My initial interaction with John at Life Saver Pool to install our pool fence was positive. However, a year later, after calling him to re-drill holes for our pool fence after our backyard remodel, I experienced the worst customer service and I have to agree with the reviews posted by Tim M. Kay S. and Jeff M. I waited on two separate occasions for John to come to the house as agreed and he never showed. Excuse, after excuse and he finally told me that he would dedicate his entire Monday to our job and be at the house by 10:30 am. 10:30 am on Monday rolls around and he's a no show (again)

I mistakenly called John when I had an issue with the posts of his competitor's pool fence rusting out. John not only came out to assess the issue with the poles breaking and rusting out, he also replaced the poles and put screws in the pool fence latch which his competitor failed to do and all of this was free of charge. Thanks John for helping me get my issues resolved and for going above and beyond!

Pool fence gate was not installed properly by John Ford.
Gate is visibly not lined up with fence-- is crooked at the latch and does not latch closed automatically as it's supposed to... he drilled the gate holes off lined with the existing fence.
He suggests that I have to adjust the latch w a screwdriver every few weeks to get it to close automatically.
I asked him about it to ensure it's still safe and will be secure for years to come and he assured me that it will function safely. This is not true at all. Our kids' safety is being jeopardized.
After a short time if the gate

Very professional install! Came out to give a bid and three days later installed our pool fence in one day and it looks amazing. The product itself looks great and better than competitors products. The price was higher than the other two quotes we got but the products he used just looked nicer and the install itself seemed safer. We have a retaining wall he had to go up so there was a 2ft fencing difference between the ground fence and the retaining wall fence and the transition was seamless and safe compared to what the competitors were talking about doing. John did the install himself with one

I must say I was pleasantly surprised at how good this LifeSaver (my chosen contractor) is. The warranty and specs were superior to most if not all the other contractors that came over to give us an estimate and they were on time for both estimate and work performed.
When I got down to the 2 contractors on my short list based on price and comparable safety mesh fence, a few things made my choice a bit easier. The first was that the warranty is more in the homeowners (me) favor and the second was that the installed fence quality was better.
