Contacted on a Saturday for them to come out on Monday. A guy named Shane texted that he would get back on Monday. I texted Monday morning to see if he could estimate a time he would be out. Never heard back from him. I took time off of work because I took him at his word. Unprofessional! Nobody wants to work!
