Called on Monday to schedule a service for Wednesday. Never got a call to confirm, no one showed. Called their office around 1 pm to confirm that they would be coming by. They said I was on the board and someone would be by. No one ever did.
Edit: Called again to reschedule, tech was prompt and efficient, good service by the actual tech. Upgraded from 1 to 3.

I've had Albany Mechanical install a new furnace and a new AC in my home over the course of the last year and it has been so seamless and easy working with them. I communicated directly with Jason and he (as well as his team) were very responsive and extremely professional. As a new homeowner that knows next to nothing about heating and cooling it was a relief to work with people that are honest and are always willing to answer any question I had. Albany Mechanical services hooked up wires to a old boiler in my house. The wires were disconnected on accident and not put back in place by the previous electrician working on a different issue. I did not notice this until I went to go kick on my heat. At that point I called Albany Mechanical for no heat. The tech came out and said the wires were not hooked up and that was the issue. He did say the boiler pump needed to be replaced due to the fact that it was "churning" but at no point did he say that the power was surging or a safety hazard. He said he reconnected the wires and everything was

My mother called another company who wanted to charge us $2500 to run a test and do some diagnostic work. We called Albany Mechanical to test the system and they were totally HONEST. It was simple thermostat issue. Albany Mechanical is a trustworthy company who fixed our issue without gouging us. Thank you for saving us from being ripped off. I will tell everyone how great this company is, not to mention the system is older and was originally installed by Albany Mechanical.
