Had a tree removed which took them 4 visits to complete. The tree removal was fine, but they did not cut the wood to “firewood size” as indicated in the bid. I requested they come back out and cut it to smaller size and when he did, he acted like it was a courtesy. Large pieces were still left that I couldn’t even move on my own. I had to ask 3 times for them to finally terminate the root system which they Barely cut into the root and sprinkled some stump out on it. My yard was well groomed when they started. When they were complete, my yard is a mess. Sawdust everywhere! I should have used

My grandmother had them over for a quote, she never signed any contract and wanted to go with a superior arbor company so she canceled. Company called her back threatening a bill of 25% the estimate if she canceled, made her feel very uncomfortable and worried about the whole experience. No signature was ever provided, or a physical estimate either, this company is trash. Anyone looking for a 100% risk free estimate, which is stated all over their website, should ever contact these con artists.

I had a 25 year old box elder that had really started to lean toward my fence and my neighbors house. I was worried that it might come down in a strong wind. I had three different arborists look at it and give me estimates to remove the it. Quite frankly, I was so impressed with Ricks knowledge and professionalism that I had no hesitation in selecting him to do the job.

The crew just left after two days of working on my trees. One tree was quite tall and definitely a hazard to my property and my neighbors. I am so glad that this is the company I chose, they were very professional and did a great job on taking down the big tree and the cleaning up. They also trimmed or cut pieces off of five other trees for me and their prices are very reasonable. Rick is honest and I would definitely call him in the future if needed.

I have 5 large Jeffrey pine trees that were a major reason I bought my property. These gigantic trees were unhappy with lots of dead branches that blocked the sun from the other other still alive branches. The job is challenging because 3 of these giants are within 5 feet of the house and the other two are not much further. Elite Tree Experts is an arborist, not just a tree trimmer. I can't say enough good things about this Company,, their Arborist, the crew & Rick our arborist. I requested a quote on a Sunday afternoon, I believe I had a response in less than an hour as well as an appointment to get an estimate the very next day, GREAT PRICES!!!. Rick & his crew were very polite, punctual and knowledgeable. Rick did an outstanding job.trimming the 2 old, giant trees & they did a professional cleanup, as well. Elite Tree Service love trees and take excellent care of them. They are talented arborists who know how to improve the health and appearance of your trees. We have super tall Douglas pines in our yard. They had been full of deadwood all the way up the tree. The lowest branches were particularly bad — dead wood and compromised pointed down and likely to fail under the weight of snow. I got quotes from 4 reputable arborist. All of them are License & have both Liability & Worker's comp insurance which is very important to me.
