Services
We take pride in our process: working through multiple designs and ideas to create a complete client vision. This is an investigative process which is used to generate early ideas for a project to determine its eventual feasibility. Various factors contributed to this study include building size, anticipated building cost, and some basic stages of programming and conceptual design.
Losse is the founding principal for LFK Architects, LLC. He is a licensed architect in South Carolina and a member of the American Institute of Architects. Losse has been practicing architecture for over 19 years. After growing up in Charleston, South Carolina, Losse attended Clemson University, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Architecture (2000) and his Master's degree of Architecture (2003).
Whether it is creating a new building or modifying an existing one, Architectural Services are the most typical professional services performed by LFK. These services have two main purposes: develop the client's ideas into a vision for their project and transform the vision into technical documents to help the project become realized.
