We believe that the most effective way to have successful construction projects is through teamwork. Communication is key. Sharing of information leads to fewer complications, improved resolution of problems, and ultimately, greater satisfaction for all parties involved with a project. Safety first, last, and always.
Noah began working in the construction industry as a senior in high school. Working his way through college as a carpenter, he graduated from Alfred State College in 2003. The combination of knowledge developed from hands-on experience and classroom theory led Noah to start the construction company in 2005 with his father, Dave.
With hundreds of projects completed, Knataitis Construction has developed a simple and effective process to ensure the best possible construction experience for all parties involved. This process begins at the first phone conversation. Whether you speak with Linda, Noah, or Zack, they will be collecting some basic information on the proposed project, as well as contact information, which will be recorded on a "lead sheet."

Knataitis Construction did a complete redesign/renovation of my kitchen and bathroom. Amazing attention to detail and incredibly responsive. They far exceeded all of my expectations and I would immediately turn to them again in the future. They are full service -- from helping me to create the design to following through in making it exactly as it was planned (including taking down walls, installing beams, you name it!) Everyone at this company, from the main contractor- Adam, to the owner Noah, and the painters have been excellent! I can't recommend them enough!
