The service is unmatched, they have a team member by the name of Paris Wrice and he absorbs any issue explained to him. After addressing the issue he breaks it down to the customer and explains in detail and will not leave until you are satisfied.

You should have notified us, your customer, of the quarterly pest control rate hike. Just showing up and saying "It went up" was not what I expected from Collins. Rather unprofessional. We've been a loyal customer for a long time and appreciate your services but not this approach.

We not only enjoy their exceptional customer service from their office staff, but their techs as well. Josh, hands down, is THE best tech they have. He arrives as-scheduled, treats our home, communicates during his visit via text and even lets our Dalmatian Chance, outside while there.
