Brought in a lock cylinder with a key code that I verified from the dealer and they said they could make me a key from the key code. They ended up doing an impression key instead and internally snapped my cylinder pins by applying too much force to the impression key. They then called me and told me I would have to order a new cylinder. What was supposed to be $16 at this shop turned into $154 from the dealer for a new ignition switch. Thanks.

Very pleased with my experience with this company. They were helpful with my questions and in scheduling, they were quick and professional, and I'm very glad I found them. They were the only company I contacted that were willing to work with my advisor and location, including ones in Norman. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Roger's was recommended to me years ago by a work friend, to get a key for a bike lock, IIRC, and I've been going back for stuff ever since. Yesterday I was in the area, and they reworked two of my house deadbolts for me, one was just not working at all. The work was done fast, and of course it was right. Prices are great, the people are friendly, and when you need a locksmith, Roger's is the place to go.

After getting the runaround from a couple other locksmiths in the area, I finally contacted Roger's Safe and Lock. I needed to get a couple of transponder keys programmed and cut for my Jeep Wrangler. I wish I had contacted them first. Very quick and easy. Great customer service and very affordable prices.

These guys were so quick to get my new home rekeyed! At the last minute I decided to install 2 new deadbolts, and Wes just took care of it. No problems, very quick work. He was very professional and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. He was so great with all my last minute changes! Will definitely be using these guys again!!
