Kris and his crew (Edgar and Abel) were very professional and did an outstanding job on the exterior painting of our house. They were very thorough and detailed in their prep work. Kris and his crew were courteous & their work was meticulous. Kris provided us a sample color board with large painted swatches to help with color selection. Our home was power washed & all the windows were covered with plastic before the painting began. They patched the stucco & caulked all gaps & were good about covering our pavers with tarps. Our 20 plus year old home looks brand new. We would definitely recommend Kris & his crew.

Kris repaired our stucco (walls, foundation and hardscape), painted the house and power washed the roof, making our 24-year old house look brand new. I am an electrical engineer and DIY person, and I appreciate the quality and professionalism of their work. He has done about 6 of my neighbors' homes and receives high recommendations. One of my neighbors said he priced several competitors and Kris' price was low by 15%. High quality and a low price.

Our home had not been painted an at least 15-20 years. It really needed work. Met Kris at the Home Show and was impressed at his professionalism and care. He and his team did a wonderful job prepping, painting, and power washing our roof too! On time and on budget, not a penny over. Love the work, highly recommend. Before and after pics.

Of all the contracting jobs I have had done over the years, this, Kris Nielson was the worst possible experience ever. From the very first time meeting him, which he was late to, he presented himself as a "blamer"... First day on the job he was "pissed" his "rented" equipment wasn't working.
The workers he had were good guys. That was the only plus.
To make a long story short we had to have our home repainted. His work was negligent to say the least. The paint started peeling and he tried to say it was from the sprinklers... Lol!!! Then he supposededly brought

I used Kris and his crew of guys at the San Diego airport. It was a job for the FAA and they needed the exterior painted on some buildings. Kris came and talked to us about what the best option was for this project, gave us a great price and his crew did a fantastic job in the amount of time he said they would!!!!! Very professional and job well done!! I'd highly recommend him.

Kris just finished painting the entire interior of our home last week, and we are beyond excited how good it looks. His crew showed up every morning as planned, and the job was finished on the time line that was proposed. By basically painting every surface in the house, including doors and staircase , removing old wallpaper and retexturing, we have just taken a decade off the age of the house! I would highly recommend Kris , in fact, we look forward to using him soon for the exterior as well!

While I can not comment on the quality of his work, I can certainly comment on his customer service and tardiness. I had a 9am appt scheduled for this morning for a quote on a large interior/exterior job, and Kris came to my door at 9:35. When the door was not answered, he called my cell phone. I told him I had left my house at 9:25 as our appt was scheduled for 9. He says "I have been here since 9:10 and I did not see you leave". I told him, we will have to go with another painter, to which he says "just because i was 10 minutes late?" When I started to explain to him that

Kris Nielson's Painting just finished the exterior of our home and it looks fantastic! It went from a hideous green and yellow to a beautiful caramel and white. I absolutely LOVE it! His crew was fantastic and showed up on time, always cleaned up and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend Kris. He wasn't quite the cheapest, right in the middle actually, but he matched the price we were looking for. We both had a "gut instinct" about Kris, he was a perfect fit!

Kris just finished my entire interior of my home and it looks fantastic! I had major drywall problems and wanted my walls and ceiling retextured and painted. The walls and ceiling are now smooth and gorgeous and modern looking. I love the color Kris helped me choose. His crew was nice, showed up on time and didn't leave a mess. He painted a rental last year and went back and helped me correct some drywall issues after the bathroom was remodeled. Great customer service! This improvement definitely adds value to my home. Fantastic job!
