We met Steve at his store and he seemed knowledgeable, and we wanted to use a small business owner instead of a big box store. He came to our house twice, met at the store twice, and when he was supposed to provide a quote, we never heard from him again. He wasted his own time, which is telling about how he runs his business. I spoke to his secretary Elizabeth who was clueless and could never give a straight answer. Do not waste your time!

Thought will give business to local shop but very disappointed with their customer service. I went there to their show room, picked the cabinets and countertops, filled out form and sent the design layout. They promised to provide quotes within 72 hours. I have sent out few emails and phoned few times but they have never returned my calls/emails. Please don’t waste your time to go there because they will not get back to you.

I was redoing my bathroom and wanted to keep it as local as possible, wanted to stay away from big box stores and support local businesses and came across 309 design. They had everything I was looking for at great prices and the staff were super helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend them and will be a repeat customer for sure.
