Since first opening their doors nearly 40 years ago, Dooley Construction has grown into one of the largest contractors in the Upper Keys. Staffing full-time craftsmen, as well as expert subcontractors and vendors for special projects, allows Dooley Construction to provide not only excellent craftsmanship but outstanding service.
This project began with the demolition of an existing house culminating with the completion of the 10,000 sq. There is quite a bit of intricate woodwork, ipe stairs, ipe wood floors, large wine cellar, Neff kitchen cabinets, dumbwaiter and two elevators. This oceanfront piece is five acres with 350 ft. of ocean frontage.
Leading down a 900' driveway through a Keys tropical hammock lies a large addition to a home we renovated five years earlier. It was purchased by a young Broward County family with plenty of children and lots of friends. We added 4,200 sq. Dooley Construction constructed this open-air pavilion next to a large estate home we built almost twenty years ago. The property consists of 18 acres on the ocean in the Upper Keys. The owners wanted to complement the property with an area to entertain family and friends or a space for serenity. It is framed with rough cut poles, posts, and beams.
There was an existing home on the bayfront property that we remodeled and incorporated into this authentic Tuscan style estate. This structure has solid poured concrete walls with steel I-beams worked into the truss roof. There is approximately 7,000 sq. Every piece of exterior rafter work, corbels, fascia, and soffits are made of Ipe.
