At Stonelake Homes, there is nothing quite as satisfying as building a new house. Something incredible happens after we complete each home we build. You move in, grow as a family, entertain friends, celebrate holidays and other special occasions as a family and during this process this house becomes your home, one of the most important things in life.
Dan has been in the building industry since 1979 and started Stonelake Homes in 1995. He has been featured in Homearama 10 times and won numerous awards. He is active in the Building Industry Association of Louisville and proud supporter of JDRF. Each day you will find Dan checking on job sites, working in the office, and meeting with customers and subcontractors.
Let us help you find the perfect lot and a personalized floor plan to meet your families needs and budget. The plan, plot plan, specifications, pricing, and contract are finalized, agreed upon and signed. The loan process is finalized and construction begins. Prior to closing, you and our construction manager will meet at your new home for an orientation and inspection.
