We called Bath Fixer for a quote for a tub to shower conversion based on a friend's recommendation.
Don and his crew (his wife and his nephew) did an excellent job on our new walk-in shower. Don does a very good job of explaining everything that will occur with the renovation. They shows up on time when scheduled. They are clean, reliable and honest. They even help us fixed our window. End results are beautiful and quality obvious. That's why we've decided to remodel our second bathroom too!

Called to see if they could re-caulk my shower. No one answered when I called (about 9:20am on Tuesday). 20 minutes later, someone called me back: that's nice. I explained that I wasn't sure if he was the right person and then I explained what I needed done. The guy scoffed and was audibly upset at the audacity that I wasted 53 seconds of his life with my question. He told me "I RE-DO BATHS..." I asked if he knew anyone that could help me do it and he said YOU CAN DO IT..." and hung up on me while I was mid sentence.
