Quality Carpet Care was founded in 1986 by Patrick Palasia. For nearly 30 Years he and his wife Joan worked hard for Quality Carpet Care to become a well respected name in the greater Honesdale area. Today the business is Operated By Gabriel Wagner. Gabriel has over 10 years in experience in the cleaning industry with window cleaning and carpet cleaning.

So thrilled we decided to use Quality Carpet Care to clean our carpets! Gabriel and his brother were absolutely excellent- professional, prompt, and very skilled at their craft. I was so impressed with how clean and refreshed our carpets looked when they were done- it is very apparent they take pride in their work and the company! I'm the assistant manager at a restaurant/bar/hotel. I hired Quality Carpet Care to clean our main dining room carpet that has very high traffic. It was extremely stained and black in areas due to spills and very dirty from people entering that ride their ATV's on the trails near our restaurant. Gabe was the wonderful man I dealt with. He was very nice and extremely thorough. He made our carpet look like it was brand new!!! This guy is amazing he came for 9 hotel rooms and a dining room rooms and I gave him to do alot more he dud everything and we was shocked how it got so clean and fresh he has good machines and professional equipment overall we was extremely happy from the work and especially from his amazing service

You can judge service even befor you receive it. Gabes truck was immaculate with all his equipment in the right place. He took the time to assess and make me aware of options and immediately got to work. Great job on carpets and really did everything possible to do his best on carpet that is very old. Great job. Highly recommend his service. A dedicated young man.

We are new home owners and needed the carpets cleaned as there were a few stains here and there. Gabe came in and made sure everything was cleaned and even went out of his way to do a little extra. Unfortunately a few stains came back after the carpet dried and when I reached out to him he immediately set up a date and came back to address the problem. He even took the time to explain why this sometimes happens. He made sure that the stains were gone before leaving. It’s nice to see someone take such pride in their work. Definitely recommend him for anyone needing carpets done.

Quality Carpet Care is a top notch company you can rely on to clean your carpets and upholstery. My elderly parents had their carpets and sofa done today. They could not be happier. Gabriel, the owner is very professional and knowledgeable. He showed up on time and was very understanding of my parents needs, and was very patient with them. He achieved great results and also brought the sofa back up to its original beauty. He put everything back and went over instructions before leaving. He charges a fair price for great quality. Gabriel does AMAZING work. i have used my steam cleaner for small spots, and i have used Chem Dry once for a 'professional' clean. but spots always come back. Well when my steam cleaner stopped pulling up the water it was putting down it left a sticky residue all over my carpet so i caved and googled and found Quality Carpet Care. He gave me a quote and came out to clean my carpets a few days after that. everything was done in a timely manner, and the carpet wasn't left soaking wet. a few more days went by and then my german shepherd threw up all over the carpet in the living room

WOW! I am 110% pleased with the carpet cleaning services from Quality Carpet Care. We've cleaned our Berber carpets before (DIY) by renting a machine from a grocery store. Well, let me tell you, no comparison. I couldn't believe what Quality Carpet Care was able to do with my carpets. I was contemplating purchasing new carpet because it was so dingy, but now it looks brand new even the pet stains are gone.
Gabe was professional right from the beginning. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.
