Dave took $29,000 of our money. He promised to help us manage our budget for a home remodel. After months of delay, due to "his choosen" drafting firm he then presented us with a project plan that was 2.5 times the budget that was stated in our contract. We ask for help in reducing the project scope, but he has abandoned us. During one of my last conversations with him he stated "Call me back when you get more money for the project".
He refused to provide a accounting for the money he took. He continues to blame us for the situation and has stopped returning our calls.

I went with Castle Building Company for my basement kitchenette install and I couldn't be more pleased with the overall result of the project. One thing we noticed is that many contractors were quick to hang up or talk down to us as if we were wasting their time for not wanting to do a 100% basement remodel job that was way outside of our price range. Once Kristi the project manager showed up and listened to what we were looking to do, we knew right off the bat that Castle was who we were going to go with. She was informative and knowledgeable about everything within the scope of our work
