If you choose to buy from this location. Make sure it is in person. Dont expect the sales department to know what they are selling you. dont bother for them to make anything right either. False advertisment. Horrible customer service.

Just bought a couch yesterday. Tod was great, except he seemed irritated when I was asking clarifying questions about delivery.
I'm nervous about the no return/ exchange policy as most places do take returns or exchanges. I have not gotten my couch yet. Need to figure out delivery stuff, but after doing research online I'm finding the type of couch I just paid $900 for, are listed even on the manufacturers website for half that amount.

When we moved at the beginning of last year, we purchased thousands of dollars in couches, beds, dressers, and end tables. We were sold on the fact that they and their manufactures had the best service and warranties. When we had an issue, and attempted to get ahold of them, it took multiple contacts and weeks for a response. When we were told we would be contacted by the service department, it never happened. One of the sales guys did follow up himself more than a month after the original issue, and was told there was nothing they could do. Next time I will go elsewhere spend a little more money
