Never use this company!!!!! I booked a move with them, emailed with Codie for over a month confirming date and times of move and when the date came they never showed up. I called the office and was sent to Vm and left several messages and sent text messages to see when they would be arriving without reply. I was forced to find another company to move me that was actually AWESOME and showed up. However I had to pay an extra days rent due this company lack of service. Trust me. Don't waste your time with them!!!!

WARNING! THEIFS & WILL BREAK YOUR PROPERTY! Do not hire these people. Not only did they break my 55" TV on move in, they stole my property (of all things my underwear bin.) they showed up 2 hours late to unload my truck, and when I asked about the theft and breaking of my TV, I was slandered, cursed at, and told "Eat 2 Dicks" and "Your a horrible excuse for a human being." Not only do they have terrible customer service, but they are unprofessional and unaccountable.

This is the absolutely WORST moving coming you could hire! Don't waste your time and/or money on them. They were scheduled to come and help load a truck and not only did NOT show up, but they did not call/text or respond to emails after confirming the date and time. They didn't have the common courtesy to acknowledge calls and texts to find out if they were coming or if they were delayed for some reason. They are a joke and have no customer service skills or ethical business etiquette. Total waste of time.

We hired Trifecta for an in town move June 2021 and couldn't be happier. Scheduling was very easy, they were punctual and very professional throughout the entire process. They took care of my family's belongings like they were their own. Everything transported arrived in perfect condition, no scratches or dings whatsoever. We will definitely use them for any future moves without question.
