Great customer service, window and siding replacement is good... - no problems that we know of since installation.
They were about the only company that was available and who worked on vinyl siding. - Apparently vinyl siding sucks and contractors hate it.
tip: don't buy a house with vinyl siding and buy a house that has overhang over the windows. We've had too many bad incidences with rain getting into the house...
Customer service: Kirill patiently stayed with us for like 5 hours while we reviewed the options and called 2 people to get their advice before making any decisions.

I hired KVN to renovate the exterior of our two story home in NE Portland. KVN replaced the roof, siding, and windows on our home. The installation of the siding was straight and meticulous and high quality work. Oleg and his team did a great job siding our home. Prior to selecting KVN , I spoke with other local siding companies. Most were quick to respond, but Oleg always followed up promptly and quickly answered my questions. Prior to committing, he made a few trips to the home to evaluate additional requests.
When the crew arrived they were very pleasant, and always on time and thorough.

Everything with the process of replacing my roof went very smoothly. Kirill was very thorough in explaining the products and what to expect from the work being done. I really appreciate the attention to detail that went into the estimate. The crew that came out were very professional and made sure to keep the site tidy. I was working from home while the work was done and experienced no interruptions.

After getting 4 bids KVN was hands down the most professional, informative & detail oriented. The installation crew was friendly, answered any questions we had & cleaned up before they left everyday. Kirill was also quick to respond any time we had a question during install & followed up to make sure that we were happy with the finished product. I am thrilled to recommend KVN Construction for roofing, window replacement and siding. I have a 1994 house and casita which had its original LP siding, windows and roof. After many years of rain, sun, and many rounds of paint, the siding was failing, the front windows were fogged, and the north side roof was growing a forest of moss. Great job by KVN. Communication was excellent and I always was responded to within a short time by email or nearly immediately if by text. Photos of problems were sent so I could approve changes as needed. Also, photos of the completed project were sent. I was very happy with KVN and had complete confidence in them. The project was in Oregon and I live in Maine. Even being far away, I felt great about my decision to use KVN.
My only two disappointments were 1) despite a verbal commitment and a signed contract, they would not add my home to their project list until 1/3 of the project estimate

Kirill was a pleasure to work with, from start to finish, and in every sense of the word. When a leak surfaced in our master bedroom, we reached out to him since he had worked previously on our garage roof and was a trusted resource. Not only did he make the time to come out and look at the problem right away, but once out here, quickly identified the issue, ran out to buy material, and dealt with the situation by patching the area on the roof -- AT NO COST!
For us, Kirill and KVN Construction are top-of-mind when it comes to ANYTHING relating to our roof. Very highly recommended.

We have contracted with KVN Construction several times, for siding replacement, exterior painting and complete window replacement. In addition, they just replaced a skylight on our roof. Khirill, the owner, quoted an exceptionally reasonable price for each job, and the workers arrived as promised. The workers were very neat and professional, always willing to show me what they were doing, and how they were doing it. They were always very polite - and for a woman at home alone during the day, that was important to me. They also were very patient with our little barking dogs who wanted to see

The KVN team Oleg and Kirill had good customer service and insight until the winter season was over and we still did not have a contract signed. We started the quote process late in the summer and there was not much time with their work load to start over the nov, dec months. We contacted them in January and asked what it takes to get on their books for scheduling. A simple contract is what we were told. That is when Kirill stopped answering calls, text and emails. I really wish they would have taken the time and said they do not want to do business with us vs blowing us off. Good luck KVN. We
