Had a roof leak in my commercial building. I went to their office which is around the corner from me because nobody had answered the phone or returned my call from the previous day. I try to do business with neighbors. Two guys were sitting in the office talking. I wanted an estimate for the roof repair and they said they would try to do it that afternoon. There was weather coming so I wanted to get it fixed. I got a call from the owner that described an extensive amount of work to be done and got a quote for $4100. I told them to go ahead so the tenant's equipment wouldn't get wet. The
