Yay, thanks so much, Skeez! He was just here to check the plumbing in our entire apartment complex. One of my toilets was slightly running on and off for the last four or so years (just a slight problem I had gotten used to). Skeez could tell me right away what to replace. I got the part but didn’t know how to install it. Since Skeez was still in the building he came up right away but it was a bit tricky to get it right and he needed to get on with his actual job. I tried it myself but gave up, frustrated. An hour or two later, Skeez was back, HE didn’t want to give up and actually got it done

They did a fantastic job. Arrived on time, rechecked regarding needs, had an excellent means to obtain parts without extending billable time and cleaned up when done. Overall am quite pleased.

On very short notice they were able to fix our radiant heat system. TRULY appreciate them working us in and getting the problem solved so quickly. Skeez was great in his communication and help with the problem. The office staff and the plumbers were knowledgeable and great to work with! Will definitely use them again!!!

I have called them on several occasions for plumbing needs. Two of these encounters were emergent, one the furnace went out and the other was a leak in the basement. Both times Skeez found time in his busy schedule to help out and get the job done right.

Worst ever service, they said I needed a new unit but could not tell me what was wrong with the old unit. Would not call back and were a week late for service call.

We had Sentinel Mechanical Plumbing & Heating come and fix our temperature control unit for our heater. Although we didn't know that was the problem at the time, our technician Esa, was very thorough making sure that everything was checked out before making a final decision. He even had to unload my very packed closet to get to the area he needed to work on and did it without complaint! Good guy, very friendly, and knowledgeable. He showed us how to use the new temperature unit and left us with the manual. Great guy, great service. I highly recommend Sentinel Mechanical to anyone who needs quality

I was having trouble with my water heater. My property manager called Sentinel and I'm very pleased.They checked the water temp to begin with and they said it was super hot. They replaced the thermostat but then when they flipped the braker back on the hot water heater kicked on. The one guy said that it shouldn't kick on because the water is already too hot so they kept investigating and ultimately replaced the lower thermostat. Most people would've just left it as is so I'm impressed they continued trying to get to the root of the problem. I highly recommend Sentinel Mechanical!

We called to have service performed at our rental unit in Missoula MT. This company was the only one who agreed to pick-up a hot water heater we purchased at Home Depot and install it in the rental unit. As it turned out, we didn't need it and they also returned it for us. This is OUTSTANDING service. We also asked that they look at the furnace in the unit. They are very professional and courteous. The level of service provided was completely unexpected and greatly appreciated.

I have been calling out Sentinel Mechanical for 5 years for repairs on HVAC/ Plumbing/Walk in Coolers, everything I would have issues with.
First it was Chuck Fulks who gained my trust and Loyalty, then Matt, and now Skeez Schuldheisz has truly been going above and beyond for me.
He truly has been a blessing to me and the company I for. He works well and explain what issues we have and how he is fixing them. (I have learn a lot about HVAC between Chuck and Skeez). He takes the time to listen about my issues and then goes back over it to understand me for what is going on and then will even go

We have owned two homes with boiler systems and have used this company for 10 years. While satisfied initially, in recent years have experienced less knowledgeable technicians, unethical billing procedures, and extremely unprofessional and demeaning conversations with management.

Our most recent go-around, a tech was sent to repair our boiler, which was not remedied after three hours. Subsequent returns did not fix the problem. Replacement of certain parts were unnecessary. We were billed for hours of time the tech spent on-call training himself with the manufacturer. For three months this technician

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Wow. Where do I begin? I called this company to come out to my house to look at my ground source heat pump which stopped working. I was not impressed with the guy they sent out at all. Nice fellow, but got the strong impression that he was not very knowledgeable about GSHP. Not to mention he was 1/2 hour late to the appointment. I was very shocked when 3 weeks later, I receive a bill for $280, claiming 3.5 hours of labor! He was at my house for a total of 1 1/2 hours, which is still a lengthy time to look at a 20 year old heat pump that clearly needed replacing.
