Ricardo was one of the best professionals we've ever worked with. We've remodeled many houses, and this was the best experience--nothing to complain about--only compliment. This house's crumbling paint had been painted over and was in bad shape. Ricardo scraped and primed and painted with paint made for older houses. He sprayed and backrolled because he said that works best for older houses. He also vacuumed up all paint chips from our yard and garden (which was a big deal to me)! All for less than another painter bid; a painter who wasn't going to do the same amount of prep work. Ricardo even
