We handle residential projects throughout the Tampa Bay area, including Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties. We focus on residential remodel and additions, but can also work with owners on new home construction or home inspection related repairs. Hybrid Construction actively pursues commercial construction projects to become a significant part of the overall business. We have performed many different types of commercial projects including office remodeling and improvements, retail build-outs, landlord improvements, warehouse renovations, and new construction.
Let Hybrid Construction handle your Bathroom remodeling. Because we are a General Contractor, existing layout and design changes are not a problem and can be incorporated into any renovation. We always provide Free Estimates and are readily available for a site review. We can also provide accurate pricing if you can provide layout dimensions and photos of the existing Bathroom via email.
203K Rehab - Hybrid Construction has found a niche in assisting future homeowners with the rehab and remodel of existing homes prior to move-in. We are very familiar with the loan process and lender coordination for the FHA 203k and Homepath loans. We work with Owners during their property closing in order to establish a budget of what scope of work can fit within the rehab loans.

I was extremely pleased with the work that Hybrid provided. I worked with them on two bathroom remodels and they were on-time, courteous through the process and in line with the budget proposal they submitted prior to kicking off the projects. Their work was well done and they were responsive to any questions/issues along the way. Would highly recommend them, and I would absolutely hire them again for any future remodeling needs.

Brandon and his team helped us with a total commercial gut and build-out including relocating the bathroom and utility room. It was a brand new experience for us and they helped us thru the entire process and was very patient with all our questions. His pricing was very competitive, the work was done right the first time and on time. We have recommended them to others and will definitely be reaching out to Brandon for our next project.

Hired Hybrid Construction for a total renovation of all three bathrooms in my home. Work was completed professionally, punctually and on budget. Brandon Leske uses excellent subcontractors for electrical, plumbing, etc. and the overall project went remarkably smoothly.

It was great to work with Hybrid Construction and Brandon for the build out of my optometry practice. They were very competitive for the price of the build out initially and they were helpful along the way with any adjustments and getting things done for my new office. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Brandon and his team. We renovated our entire home after buying for the first time. We had no idea what we were doing and he led us through the whole process-- explaining things, giving accurate and reasonable estimates, and projecting the timeline we needed. Everyone he works with was thoughtful and easy to work with. If we ever renovate again I know I won't do it without him. We are very happy with our results and he was a great partner!

My Fiancé & I bought our first house in south Tampa which needed a lot of work. Brandon was recommended by our realtor & we could not have been happier with the end results. He was very focused on what we wanted, was flexible & responsive to any changes and hit our time line for completion. Throughout the process he gave us updates, made suggestions, and kept the lines of communication open.
Although the project took a while to complete, this was per the established timeline from the beginning. Personally, this was fine with me as I'd rather the project take longer and have it done correctly than being rushed.
