Our consultant Greg Phillips is the most professional, attentive and hard working individual we have ever met. After meeting with us and listening to what we wanted, he was able to work with Fabian to get us everything we wanted and keep it in our budget. We would highly recommend.

Overall they did well on heavy construction. Not good at small detail and finishing work. This is a mixed review. Whenever we wanted something they didn't normally do they would say " we'll work on that", then they quote you some outrageous price. Finally they install/build what they want. They don;t really listen to your vision, as a result I have the most ridiculous looking deck I've ever seen. But the materials are very sturdy and it was very well anchored. Their electrician was hard to work with. Still everything seems to pass inspection the first time. I wouldn't use them for a room re-model

They do not leave things out of an estimate that are needed for the project just to give you a smaller estimate...only to hit you up later with change orders that jack up the price. Smarter Remodelling is well named. I am an IT consultant so I really like the way they use technology to show you their design for you in 3D. It's great that the finished result also looks like they showed you. I even followed the project's progress online every step of the way. But the human touch comes in with the personal attention that is paid to your project. Fabian and his team of specialists take care of everything. If you are searching for a company who will work very hard to give you that perfect kitchen, Smarter Remodeling is it. We contracted them to gut and remodel our kitchen in October 2016. A meeting with Joe Macik at their office helped us visualize the layout and gave us ideas for the finishing touches. Joe was our contractor and he did an outstanding job designing the kitchen and managing each phase of the job seamlessly. From the initial visit to the final day, working with the team at Smarter Remodeling has been a truly great experience. Smarter Rem did our guest bathroom. The job took approx. 10 days. Fair price, quality workmanship, prompt and courteous workers. David the project manager, oversaw the entire job and always kept me informed of the progress.
