I have this company come To my home and said they would provide me with an estimate by the end of the day, three days later I had to reach out to them and then the guy informs me That they are booked that day I said well thank you for letting me know and he hung the phone up poor customer service

Rocky Top is a life saver! I’m currently deployed in the middle east and was not able to pack up my house. I called Rocky Top and spoke with Mrs. Delilah and she assured me they would get the job done for me. They arrived to my house on time, with packing materials and a truck, packed everything up for me and unloaded it in my storage unit. I am so grateful for Rocky Top. First, I want to say I do not cold call a business when I am looking for work to be completed. I do not use advertisements either. I only use referrals from trusted sources. But in this situation, I did not know anyone to call. I googled movers in Clarksville and found Rocky Top Movers. I called/talked to Bernie, the owner. He was in the middle of the move and provided the office person, Shelby. She got me on the books.
We moved from Houston, TX to Clarksville, TN. It was a rough trip. There is NO way my husband and I could have unloaded the truck and trailer without Rocky Top’s help.

I didn't shop around extensively, but they were cheaper than the "big name" movers. They quoted me $150/hr for three men where as the more well known company quoted me $250/hr.
The positives - they were prompt, friendly, and did a good job moving all of my belongings. They wrapped everything that could be damaged in moving blankets and nothing was broken or lost in transit. (Actually one thing broke, but it was my fault for the way I packed it. Ratchet strap too tight cracked some wood - oh well.) I also provided them with Gatorade and Clif bars, so maybe that made them work harder lol.

Rocky Top Movers provided me a quote over the phone which changed drastically when meeting in person. In giving full details of the residence I was moving from and the residence I was moving to I was provided a quote. We went through all specifics together over the phone and the call to confirm the move on moving day was 2 hours in advance. My moving day was rainy but they assured me that wouldn’t be an issue. Upon arrival I received multiple phone calls adding on additional costs because the same receptionist “plum forgot” the details of stairs involved and started adding to the total/quote

Rocky Top Moving is the best!!! They moved my daughter to Atlanta for a GREAT price. They moved her for half the price of the other companies. Not only that I cancelled him because all her furniture was not here, then it arrived I called him back and he had booked the dAte, but found a way to work us in the next day...Now that's CUSTOMER SERVICE! They were professional and very friendly. My items all arrived from Clarksville in perfect condition. I will most definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Rocky Top provided excellent service for our local move. Everyone was extremely professional. Mrs. Delilah was a doll! Since our closing date kept being pushed back, they were very understandable and accommodating. I would use them on our next move!
