I want to report this company since we are working on a project in Corcicana but when we were finished, he did not want to pay me an invoice of $ 5,375 and it was all because one of my workers felt bad because it was very hot and the pressure was He went up and Mr. Mitchell Pattersson said that he did not care that he wanted his job finished and that since we could not afford to bring in other subcontractors but this man is not the first time he steals because he already has a history of other subcontractors who I haven't paid you so be careful with this company

Was referred to this company by a neighbor. Spoke with someone after a few calls and emails from me and got the feeling that my contact was bothersome. The communication was not very good and not in a timely manner. Excellent customer service is a priority and this company is sorely lacking in that department.

Co used subs with nobody from company at job. Fence was not built right...was offered around $200 off. Fence is ok once they finally fixed it. I asked if I could keep an extra board...none of the extra materials were left. Had one board replaced due to splitting. Was threatned with a lien on property...I told them I would pay once fixed and they have been paid. They charge a 3% fee if you use a cc and this is not on website....this is offered after you sign contract. Work is ok once done but weary of non employees (subs) working under the precision name without foreman.
