Replaced shingles on my roof on two different levels. I also had a vent cap that was blown off and the gentleman was nice enough to place that back. The man was very very friendly and efficient I would hire this company for future work on my house.

After a 100+ year old Maple tree fall on our house they were the only ones who would come out and do an estimate immediately. Others were quoting us weeks out for estimate....within 2 days they were out and had everything sealed up to get us by until the could order needed supplies!!! Very friendly and just amazing people!!

After considering several companies, we contracted with Oaks Construction for installation of new vinyl siding to replace 40 year old composite boards. Their cost and product quality was comparable to one other top company in the area and they had a better warranty for the service. The job was well organized with all materials arriving on the start day. The on-site crew led by Antonio was one of the hardest working, most meticulos group of craftsmen I had seen for any work we have had done on our home. All the window and door trim was formed and cut perfectly including the mitered joints. The siding

Work is still being completed. Im not one to give a review before the whole experience is over but I am super impressed with the professionalism, response, and quality of work. We had a tree fall on our house and Oaks has been with us from the beginning to make sure that our house was put back together perfectly. They were able to handle all aspects of the repair job as well from exterior walls, painting, roofing, trusses, and drywall repair.

We had some real serious ice damming (~10" high at least) and it was starting to cause some serious damage. Oaks Construction was able to come out in a timely manner and handle all of our gutters in only 30 minutes for a FRACTION of what other places are charging! Everyone we dealt with at Oaks Construction was very nice and professional. Highly recommend them! They just finished putting a Stone-facade around the window area and lower half of our garage with cedar… shake siding on the remaining front of our house. Whenever we had questions during the quoting stage and all the way to the installation, Phil always took time to explain / answer our questions. Their installer Jim was excellent. Our house looks fabulous!!!

Oaks Construction was the WORST experience I've ever had with a contractor. Estimator Phil LaPlaca came to my house for a quote to cover my trim, facia, and soffits in aluminum and vinyl. The written quote he provided lacked so much detail a third grader could have written it. Nonetheless, based upon the quoted price and the number of positive reviews I did not shop anywhere else. I told Mr. LaPlaca that I wanted to get on their schedule and asked for a re-written quote with more detail. After several phone calls, a second insufficient quote, an email, and a text, he finally called, agreed
