Diana and her team made a complicated wintertime move from Bucks County to Arizona remarkably UNcomplicated . Diana was on top of every aspect of the move, from the furniture movers , the packing assistants, the long haul driver- all top notch. Most importantly, Diana fulfilled each facet of the move with efficiency and a very reasonable price.

I used Phoenix Movers to move my son's apartment and they were very good. This was the only company in the area who could do it on a short notice and for reasonable price. The owner Diana promptly called me on my request for a quote and gave me straight answer (no complicated charges). The movers did a good job and were prompt.

I have dealt with Phoenix Movers for over 14 years for countless moves as well as referrals. Most recently my sisters home including a baby grand piano. The men are respectful and efficient and always complete the job in a timely fashion. Diana is a pleasure to work with. Moving is very stressful and she made me feel comfortable and at ease with her professional staff and made my move seamless.

On our 2 year anniversary of move.....one of the most unfortunate experiences ever...for all reasons.
But best exemplified that they never actually finished the move they started late and really couldn't even do the basics of (even after I rented another larger than theirs truck to help in the 10 mile move)....demanding money before it was complete (seemingly because employees still unpaid from other jobs were confronting her) and physically intimidating my wife.
(At 100 lbs and emotional from leaving her home of decades, not difficult). Then after essentially extorting a credit card number

I used Phoenix movers 3 times this past year, to get my home ready to show, and then to actually move which was a 3 step process. I had my home of 60 years to pack, then things in storage, and then they had to deliver things to my daughter's new home, and finally my new home. They worked no stop, had my home of 60 years loaded in the truck in 90 minutes. They actually completed every facet of the multi move before I even was done settlement. I have been in business for 30 years and would not hesitate to recommend them for your moving needs

It has taken me a year to write this review, still not over all the damage they did to my furniture, much of which is antiques. My fault for hiring such an unprofessional company. Diane, the owner, did the bait and switch with the original quote. Quote low, get the job, then hit you up for more money because it took much longer than anticipated. A good company would quote appropriately. Some of the guys she sent were good, others had complete disregard for my belongings, including her son who "shoved" my Ethan & Allen wicker furniture through a sliding glass door and completely

I had used Phoenix for an apartment move and they were very good. I just used them to move my house contents 7 miles away. Diane the owner came and looked and gave me an estimate. She said 5-8 hrs when the 3 crew arrived they came in their biggest truck. There was no way they would load on 1 trip. It took 2 full trucks and 13 hrs!!!!
Many items were scratched, like my stainless refrigerator and they crushed my weber charcoal grill. Diane sent one of the crew over to look and he admitted that the damages came from the move.

I used Phoenix Movers this weekend to move. They were very unprofessional . The rate plan I agreed to was $115/ hour for 3 men and a truck. These men walk in and out of my home several times without anything in their hands, took a lot of smoke breaks and other breaks in general where they did nothing at all but BS. Once we started getting our house a bit organized the day after the move, we started seeing a lot of our furniture was broke/damaged. They were suppose to arrive at noon but didn't actually arrive until 12;30pm. Then it took them almost 2 hours to pick up a fridge, dining room

This is the most unprofessional moving company I've ever dealt with! Movers were very nice, but very young guys with obviously little experience in understanding the moving process. They scuffed floors & walls, didn't know how to reassemble beds properly, left empty water bottles around my new house & tracked outside dirt into every room. The owner, Diana, said on 2 separate occasions that she would come out to look at damage. She never showed up & have never heard from her again.
