The plumber David showed up on time. Got my new water heater installation up to code. We have an old house so getting the installation up to code took a lot of work. David cleaned up the mess from all the work it took to install my water heater. Now I have hot water again. I bought the water heater from Home Depot and MCS employee David came to install it the next day. I was very pleased with David's politeness and professionalism. I am happy with MCS service and have hot water again.

They completed the job quickly and efficiently, and were more than happy to go back up on the roof and show me how everything worked as well. On May 19, 2021, we called MCS to our house to fix a leak in the Master Bedroom shower. After "Juan" left, the shower seemed to be okay. However, on Friday, we noticed it was leaking again. We made numerous attempts to reach someone in their company on Saturday morning to remedy the situation. My husband ultimately got ahold of someone at the company on Saturday morning. They indicated that if they came out during the weekend, it would cost an additional $129 (not sure about exact amount). Luis was my technician that came to take out my old swamp cooler and upgraded us to a master cool. He was extremely professional and quick about hooking up our new AC and even went above and beyond teaching me things about our cooler that I didn't know. I would highly recommend this company as they are kind, courteous, and professional.

Needed a new swamp cooler(HVAC) installed due to our other being very old, and way over due for a new one. Miguel and Daniel came out to do the install and we’re extremely professional as well as fast :) Our old one was apparently barley hanging on for dear life, so when they installed the new one they went above and beyond. Very affordable and was able to get a senior discount as well, per my mother living in the home. Would definitely recommend their services and will use them again in the future if needed!

I have had my system about 2 1/2years. ..Minisplits. I love them! BUT it has been constant upkeep and awareness . The guys who come out and work on your system are all very nice as are the people on the phones.
HOWEVER!!!!!!!! I have , as an uneducated consumer in this area, found out, they (and probably most companies) provide the MINIMUM BASIC requirements to pass inspection.....that is, the form and tape used to protect the wiring on your roof , is NOT UV tape or protected. Which means..it breaks down and has to be replaced . If I did not go up on my roof on a pretty regular basis I would NOT

Our 9 year old hot water tank gave out and we talked to Home Depot - they sold us a new 9 year warranted tank and recommended MCS to do the install. My dealings with Dave at MCS was very positive and the 2 young men he sent out to do the work were very polite, professional and did an excellent job in short order.

First, I'd like to review the tech. The tech - Luiz Otero was fantastic, kind, did a great job, and definitely made me feel educated about my new water heater and his install. If I were only rating him, he'd get 5 stars.
Second, I'd like to rate the business. I will note I have no idea who is at fault for this one. It's possible I wrote the wrong number down or it's possible they quoted me one thing and went to charge me another. Either way, they did give me a small discount to try to meet me in the middle on the price. I'm still $200 over budget, but it's better

We've had the misfortune of dealing with these clowns twice over the last couple years. Each time was a fiasco and the whole transaction had to be cancelled. At least they're consistent.

Salesman Wade quoted a reasonable price and asked me to send photos of the broken water heater. Installation was scheduled for Monday, then changed. Tuesday, I waited six hours in an empty home before plumber arrived. To my dismay, he had not been shown the water-heater photos and did not have the right parts. Appointment was re-scheduled to Wednesday. Plumber Robert was 40 minutes late but professional and worked quickly despite 43 degree weather. MCS did the install for both the solar and AC on my house, and I recommend them to anyone looking for this kind of service! They did a great job of communicating with me and working around my schedule. The AC install was fairly difficult, and I felt like they really went the extra mile to make it work. If I could give zero stars I would! They have the worse customer service of any company I have ever worked with. They yell at their customers and do not back their warranties. Never do business with MCS. You will end up losing money you didn't even know you could lose. So awful a company won't back their own faulty work.

I had a salesman Jim stuart come to my house and gave us an estimate he was very nice and professional they were the 3rd company to give us a bid. And were slightly higher in price but I trusted Jim with our project because of his knowledge and professionalism. Glad we went with MCS the job went perfect and everything Jim promised. Hired these bozos last year for a swamp cooler start up. The "Technician" didn't even clean the unit out properly, or install the float in the correct position. How do I know this? One day later the roof has a water fall coming off of it and I had to go up and properly adjust all the so called technician's mistakes. Yes I tried to get them to come fix it and they would in a couple weeks because they were booked solid but it would cost me $85 per hour. This company is untrustworthy!

Mcs is just awesome my furnace went out I called them out to try and repair my ancient unit, unfortunately it had to be put to rest. They gave me a great deal and install the very next day and now here I am enjoying the rest of my winter nice and warm in my home! Thanks to the MCS office team and field team!

I contacted these guys to get an estimate on a project. They have been calling me once, sometimes twice, a day for months. I have repeatedly asked them to stop to no avail and would not recommend anyone even contact them - I can't imagine what their actual work would be like if their business practice is that bad.

I bought a tankless water heater through Costco that was installed by MCS in November. The install went well and the water heater works great so that's why I'm giving this review 2 stars. Everything after the install was a mess. It took them almost 2 months to finalize everything. After the install, the city inspector came out to get their approval. The inspector said the gas pipe from my meter to the water heater was not wide enough. The city said I needed a 3/4 inch circumference for the water heater and the house had a 1/2 inch installed when it was built. MCS came back out and

I signed a one-year contract with these clowns. I even talked to them 3 times this week, including yesterday, about today's appointment. They never showed up, and never called. The receptionist doesn't even know how to contact the company owner so I could complain, and she was not even sure of his name. Then she claims that they tried to call me about the appointment today. BS! Now I have to stop the monthly $15 auto draws and get my money back through the bank since legally this is theft.

I used these guys in November for my furnace in a house that had been vacant for some time. They were great. It was a Groupon deal, and they earned my repeat business.
I tried to give them my repeat business this month to get my evaporative cooler up and running. It needs a major tune-up since it's been sitting unused for so long. Plus, I wanted an estimate for a crazy expensive conversion from evaporative to refrigerated air. I'm prepping myself to spend massive money with these guys...
