I was approached by a Mr. John Thompson after they had inspected my neighbor's home. He had informed me, my neighbor had sustained quite abit of damage from the past rain season inside and out. John was able to present me with pictures and a full inspection video of all the damage found on my neighbor's home. I mean some damage you would never know was there unless you got on the roof. And I am not doing that!! Long story short Mr. Thompson made me feel comfortable enough to him perform an inspection on my home. I was literally blown away by the damage found!!! This company installed my parents house and I must say it is impressive. Went on the roof to check out what they did with a buddy that knew the business. He said they did everything top notch and said that this company clearly has a great team. I don’t foresee any leaks in my parents future! Also I forgot to mention they got the insurance company to pretty much pick up the bill due to a badass inspector on their roster that noticed hail/high wind damage. Quit looking at reviews and just call them...you won’t regret it.

Extremely professional! We have a A frame house so pretty much all roof! The crew showed up and in two days were completely finished. Other than a new roof you couldn't tell they were ever here. No pieces or garbage left in the yard. On the claim end they handled everything. Very professional courteous and clean!

We selected Thompson Roofing & Siding because of John's ability to work well with insurance adjusters and we were not disappointed. He inspected our roof, identified and photographed storm damage, and contacted our insurance company for us on the same day. One day later we were approved for a new roof. John continued to coordinate with the adjuster on our behalf and he completely explained all the items on the replacement estimate so we fully understood our options. We were having our house painted too and John was extremely flexible with scheduling. We were able to arrange to get everything done
