I was extremely satisfied with my experience with Direct Services. Their plumber was punctual, very knowledgeable and courteous.What could have been a very expensive water heater replacement was solved with the unplugging of a connection. I found this company to be efficient and very honest. I would recommend them to anyone.

Everything changes when your toilets won’t flush… especially with four kids in the house! Potty, washer, dishwasher, sinks… all off limits until Mr. Rick came and saved the day! He checked our pipes thoroughly and fixed some unexpected problems under the house, then made sure the lines were clear before leaving. We sure are grateful for his attention to detail and explanations, drawings, and photos. Thanks, Mr. Rick!

Cathleen is amazing! We called late in the evening because we had an emergency take place w/ our water connection to the washing machine.. We explained to Cathleen that we were closing on our home the next day. She worked w/ us to get a technician out within an hour. The technicians were great!! They were extremely knowledgeable and very professional!

My family and I would highly recommend Direct Services Plumbing & Drain. Cathleen (Office Manager) provided EXCELLENT customer service (prompt appointment, kept me updated on arrival time and provided me with the names of the service technicians) once Rick and Ray arrived they were professional and knowledgeable. First experience but they were prompt...scheduled a same day appointment and I asked if they could come earlier to let me know. They were able to and had my problem (water meter leak) fixed quickly. They were very upfront about cost and what they were fixing at every step. Got a quote for some future work while they were at my property, and I was impressed when they gave me some advice regarding when to consider moving towards that endeavor...basically it seemed the gentleman was very honest and they weren't in it for the buck. Thanks, Rick!! You were great!!
