So unfortunately I missed my appointment with this company. I had the time wrong by an hour. When I called them, they offered to come right out and clean my carpets. I unfortunately had to leave because I had another appointment soon so I wasn't able to use their services. I am writing this review and giving them 5 stars because the owner, Jackie, was nothing but kind, professional and willing to help me out again for second time no questions asked! Jac's saved us this year, with cleaning our Vacation Rentals (Stanton Realty in Misquamicut Beach, RI) They had never done the Rentals during the turnover process, and they ironed out any kinks quickly and professionally. We started them out with about 25 rentals, and the second company we had do another 25 up and quit 2 days before the fourth of July, leaving us stranded and scrambling. We previously hired a cleaning company for biweekly cleanings and discontinued the services because we were unsatisfied. We had our first cleaning with Jac’s today and everything was great! Our house was spotless and smelled very clean (which we love being able to smell that the house was clean). We signed on for biweekly cleanings and the price was very reasonable and comparable to other quotes we received.
