Paid their service in advance, when it comes to service time, they said that we need to pay additional labor fee for $75/hour for repair. otherwise, they will not perform the service. Hired another contractor to take a look at the issue, and found there is nothing needs to repair. cancelled the service and they don't want to refund the full amount.

I did not have a good experience with this company. I hired them to assist me with a flooding issue in my side yard. They sent an estimate without ever coming to my property to see the actual issue. They installed a drain to my downspout that was described by a different professional as "janky at best". My issue was not resolved, and my yard continues to flood every time it rains. I paid them $556 to not solve my issue. They refused to refund my money, and requested additional payment to come back and make it right.
