Go somewhere else for service. The service manager is terrible, and has a miserable personality.
Do your diligence and IF you buy a Kia, go to a different district to avoid any issues.

I recently bought a 2022 Kia Carnival Prestige from Darcars. These are hard models to come by, so we felt lucky to find one on the lot at Darcars. In hindsight, I shouldn’t have bought the vehicle, but I ignored some of the concerns at the moment. First of all, the process was very rushed. It “appeared” that there were other potential buyers wanting the car, so we were in a race to get it. That should have been a clue. Second, the vehicle had a manufacturer defect with the 2nd row seat. This was a big red flag for me, but I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to find another

Purchased a new 2022 Kia K5 GT-Line from darcars and everyone there was awesome! Brionna(sales lady)was so nice and comforting, Edward(financing) explained every option to me for the purchase and Shawn(parts) was so nice also. Would definitely recommend purchasing your next car from them!

Found a beautiful used car. Had it since July 9th. Barely drive it because we have other vehicles. First...defect with rear hatch. Second power passenger seat defective. Called to let dealer know. I'm disappointed in my experience. I was expecting more accountability and courtesy with our issues. I feel shuffled over to the warranty company when the car isn't even two weeks old. I also did not like the assumption from the sales manager that we had done something to cause these defects. This is my personal experience and I really wish it had been better. I guess my expectations are too high.

We had trouble finding a 2020 or 2021 Kia Niro in Baltimore, but DARCARS was great! They had many different models in stock to see and test drive as compared to other dealerships. We ended up buying one earlier than we anticipated, as they also had better prices than anywhere else in Maryland. We highly recommend Brian and the team there—they are professional, quick to answer questions, and helpful.

I always have a good experience here getting my Kia Optima serviced. Recently had my brakes done and Jake in the service department was very kind and helpful. Thank you for your hospitality! It does not go unnoticed.

We had an amazing experience at DARCARS Kia yesterday. Brian helped us pick out the ride we liked, and Daniel helped us with finances. Both were extremely professional and courteous to our needs the whole time we were there. If you are going to look at a car try to get in and see these two, you won't be disappointed. They wont push you toward something you don't need/want, and they are very honest with the bottom line, which I enjoyed.
