Dave is outstanding - He is responsive, friendly, and GREAT at his job! He got rid of our carpenter bees for a very reasonble fee -- and checked in with us afterward to be sure we were satisfied. We will absolutely hire him for all of our pest control needs in the future.

AMAZING! I found Pinnacle through Angie's List. I had gotten many quotes and asked the same questions to each company BUT Pinnacle was the only one that was worth it! Answered all questions. And offered more than others would. He was quick and efficient. He followed personal safety protocols due to Covid. While on site to remove a LARGE bees nest he continued to answer questions and even gave us advance on other pest issues we might run into. I hope to never have another pest issue but if we do I would call them 100% again and again!

This review is long over due. I spoke to Dave about a big problem with aggressive yellow jackets entering my home through the fireplace. He was at my door in a couple hours. He was extremely accommodating, and the price was fair. When he completed the job he showed us where the bees were getting in from and advised that we seal up those areas. Dave told us what to expect for the following days. Within a couple days all the bees were gone. I am so grateful! Highly recommend
