Eric and his team are considerate of individual tastes while making greats suggestions. I personally witnessed a huge transformation of a home that had an entire upper level added and finished out by Eric and his team. On the smaller scale side of things I referred Vista to one of my clients that he took great care of. They made some great style updates including removal of a wall, installation of carpets, and much more to prepare a home they recently purchased for their move-in. I would trust Eric with projects large and small and with timelines. He doesn’t let projects drag on like so many

I have contracted with Eric for an attached ADU to be built. As of today the project is not complete, however it has been going along very well. We are painting (inside and out) this week. Eric / Vista handled all city interfacing, permits and variances. He has been quite easy to communicate with and is always, always prompt in returning any email, text or call. The budget we established was realistic with what we knew about the property. Any changes have been discussed and approved by myself.
