Samantha, the girl who answers their phone is rude and uninformative. Tried setting up a time to meet for a quote and they NEVER show up. Call to ask why and no reason. Tried setting up a 2nd time and day for a quote and again NO SHOW from Concho Fence. Samantha then hung up on me when trying to call again. Or Samantha would send our calls to a fax machine or just plain pick up and hang up. How rude! I would NOT recommend this place for anything!

Do not use Concho Fence if you want anything done professionally. I called on Friday, again on Wednesday, and again this morning which is Thursday. Was promised a price quote with materials several different times but never heard any word back. My customer has been waiting for over a week now. Called Twin Mountain Fence a few minutes ago and got everything taken care of in less than 10 minutes!! Concho Fence obviously doesn't care about good business. They should realize when they leave people waiting for price quotes/estimates it not only affects their business it affects other people's business

As Tina Wilson described 5 months ago. Nothing has changed. They sent a rep promptly to give me my estimate and was able to give me my estimate in about 2 days. This deal was made at the last week of August and was told they would be there in 2 weeks. Flash forward to the current day. Nothing has been done nor was I contacted for them being delayed, so I chose a private contractor who got the job done. I received a phone call from a very rude receptionist today saying that they would be over there to do the job in 2 days. I let her know that I had gotten someone else to do the job because nobody

Called for an estimate . The rep showed up on time. Did the walk thru on property. I was told that he would email me my estimate the next day. I never recieved an email or phone call. I called the next day waiting 24 hrs was told they couldn't do the job due to to many jobs on the books already. So why take up my time and never call or email me ??? I dont suggest using this company. Unless you lime being ignored.
