Response to response: Wild to think that numerous other 5 star HVAC businesses would be falsifying warranty claims to ensure the customer is covered and this hasn’t been some widespread industry issue at this point. From my perspective, you should inform the customer that “if” Lennox asks for proof that they may not be covered without it, but you will surely give it a shot and attempt to service the customer to the best of your ability. Sounds like this may be an additional revenue for you or an up charge to order parts on the customer’s behalf and if their warranty was honored you’d

Karen - it’s Jennifer Thompson (Seal). thank you for proving our point in the previous review. You added in your own words into what Lennox actually says. It does not state anywhere that you have to "provide maintenance twice per year per Lennox instructions." It actually says "provide maintenance per Lennox instructions..." Oh, and I added in the instructions from Lennox in case you wanted to add in your own words/business decision there too. Did you think we couldn't look up what the warranty actually says?

When I needed an entirely new HVAC system, Kris walked me through several options that would be both economical and practical for my smaller condo. I appreciated his ability to explain the pros and cons of each system. Never once did I feel he was trying to sell me something I didn't need. I feel really comfortable with York's and will continue to use and recommend their services. 😀

York's Quality Air is the best. I have used them exclusively for over 10 years. Their techs are amazing. Eddy has been the tech that has serviced my system and installed my system a few years ago. He is patient and takes the time to explain what he is doing. Their yearly maintenance plan has kept my systems running efficiently. I highly recommend this company.

I’ve been a customer for a few years now after they were recommended to me by a long time customer. I have the maintenance plan and am impressed with the consistency and thoroughness of the technicians who have serviced the system (it is now three different people, and each of them were fantastic).
The attention to detail and explanations provided to me by all three of them of how the system is performing gives me the knowledge I need to make informed decisions.

We have used Aaron York's Quality Air for several years and have always been satisfied with the thorough service their friendly service people have provided. This year we needed a new HVAC system and they showed us several and gave us detailed information on the differences so we could make an informed decision.
