Encompass Architects, pc was established in 2002 by Tammy Eagle Bull, FAIA, NCARB, AICAE and Todd Hesson, AIA, LEED AP. Together they have nearly 60 years combined experience in a variety of project types and sizes. This experience has allowed them to develop a highly interactive process. We firmly believe in the importance of a collaborative process in which the client and community is integral.
We do not come into a design project with a preconceived idea of what you need or what is best for your community. Ms. Eagle Bull, an enrolled member of the Oglala Lakota Nation, has over 30 years of architectural design and project management experience. She has successfully led large, diverse, multi-disciplined design teams through all project phases.
Tammy believes strongly in the direct relationship between human behavior and the environment. She strives to create environments in which the users will not only function but also thrive. Encompass Architects, p.c., a Native American Woman owned business, was established in 2002 by Tammy Eagle Bull, FAIA, NCARB, AICAE (enrolled member of the Oglala Lakota Nation) and Todd Hesson, AIA, LEED AP. Together they have over 50 years combined experience in a wide variety of project types and sizes, including educational facilities, administrative facilities, and community centers, to name a few.
We design buildings and communities to meet your vision for budget, schedule, function and aesthetics. We offer a variety of services to meet all your architectural, project planning, master planning and construction coordination needs. We can work with you on all phases of your project from conception through move-in and beyond!
Encompass Architects implemented Building Information Modeling - Autodesk Revit - in 2004 as our sole software platform for the design and production for all of our projects. We believe this system provides a significant advantage over conventional CAD drafting, due to its 3-dimensional capabilities, superior drawing coordination, and the ability to make revisions that are automatically coordinated and integrated into the design.
Encompass Architects provides Pre-Design Services consisting of project planning, budgeting, grant application assistance, conceptual programming and design renderings for funding packages and preliminary approvals. We will work with you to get your project off the ground and on to paper with realistic, thought-out space programming, project scheduling, project budgeting.
